Greg Bosch
Greg is a technologist with more than 15 years experience in patent litigation working as a consulting expert, software engineer, and source code reviewer. He works closely with Kramer LLP’s litigation teams on complex patent cases.
Greg’s case history includes a wide variety of technological fields, including information retrieval, short-range wireless communication, digital rights management (DRM), distributive computing, mobile advertising, consumer electronics, computer vision, and 3D modeling, among others. Greg has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including asset investment, validity and infringement investigation, discovery, claim construction, report writing, deposition preparation, and expert testimony. He is an experienced code reviewer, having conducted thousands of hours of source code review, and has joined litigation teams at trial on multiple occasions.
Prior to joining Kramer LLP, he consulted with several IP litigation firms, and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in computer science at Sacred Heart University.
