Ms. Uberoi is an IP attorney with over 20 years of comprehensive legal experience and a background in bioengineering. She specializes in IP litigation, strategy, and prosecution.

Her experience encompasses boutique and “big law” environments and many industries, including medical devices, software, skin care and cosmetics, apparel, and entertainment. She has worked on complex patent and trademark litigation cases, developed and implemented comprehensive IP and brand protection strategies, revamped international trademark portfolios, and conducted IP due diligence in connection with large-scale mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Uberoi is skilled in effective communication with lawyers, engineers, and business executives. She believes in concise and persuasive legal writing and taught Legal Research, Writing, and Advocacy at USC Gould School of Law for several years.

Outside the office, Ms. Uberoi enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She is an avid reader and writer of creative fiction.
